For get active we have to write dads names or step dads name or we can challenge ourselves by doing both of them.

Keep on doing some exercise people you can do it

for get active my class and me have to found a 13 letter word and do some exercise and for everyone at home get active.

For what i done for get active is that was 10 lunges,1 minute jog in the spot and here are photos of me doing get active in lockdown
